WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?

For Exchanges:
 
If you have not already done so, please prepay the postage for GFranco Shoes to mail you your items by clicking the link below.

            Flat rate fee to send new item to you -  Exchange Postage 

You must purchase separate postage from your local postal carrier (Example Canada Post, FedEx, UPS) to mail your items back to GFranco Shoes.
Once you have purchased postage from a carrier, mail your items to:

Toronto, ON M6B 4J3

Upon receipt and verification of the condition of any item returned, your selected item will be shipped to you.   If any item returned shows any signs of wear or for any other reason non-returnable, prepayment of additional shipping fees will apply to return the item back to you.

For Returns:

You must purchase postage from your local postal carrier (Example Canada Post, FedEx, UPS) to mail the items you wish to return to GFranco Shoes.
After you have purchased postage from your local carrier, mail your items to:

Upon receipt and verification of the condition of any item returned, a refund of the purchase price will be issued. If any item returned shows any signs of wear or for any other reason non-returnable, prepayment of shipping fees will apply to return the item back to you.

For Warranty Claims:
If you do not receive a reply from GFranco by way of email within 2 days after you submitted your claim form, please email support@gfranco.ca to request a prepaid postage to ship your items to GFranco Shoes.
